Order Turnaround Times

The turnaround time for local and international shipping can vary depending on various factors such as customs clearance procedures, and any unforeseen circumstances. While I can provide you with some general estimates, it's important to note that these are approximate values and actual shipping times may vary:

Local Shipping: 

The Courier Guy: 1- 3 working days.

Postnet - Postnet: 1 - 3 working days.

International Shipping:

Available for the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Germany.

5-12 working days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and the efficiency of the postal service in both the origin and destination countries.

Please keep in mind that these estimates are general guidelines and there can be variations based on the specific circumstances of each shipment, such as the carrier's efficiency, any customs delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events that may impact the shipping process. It's always a good idea to check with the shipping provider or courier for more accurate and up-to-date information regarding shipping times for your specific situation.


What are pre-orders?

Items that are not currently in stock but can be reserved in advance. Payment for pre-order garments is required at the time of placing the order. Check the pre-order release date in the description of the item for an estimated release date.

Cancellations of pre-orders are generally not permitted once payment has been made, as the production process begins soon after. If cancellation is necessary, you should contact our customer support for assistance at info@twentyfirstelement.com and any refunds or credits will be provided at our discretion.

Our turnaround time for pre-order garments are typically 5-15 working days.

Please note that turnaround times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as manufacturing, production schedules, production issues or shipping delays. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe and communicate any significant delays to customers.

Pre-order garments will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. You will be notified when your pre-order  item/items are ready to be shipped.

Returns Policy

At Twenty First Element, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. 


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@twentyfirstelement.com within the specified return period. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Please securely package the item(s) to avoid any damage during transit.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:  

All Garments are checked before they are shipped for any defects. If a customer claims that a product is defective a thorough investigation will be done. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence or ask you to return the item for inspection. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

Taxes and Duties

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other similar charges imposed by their respective country or region. These charges may vary depending on the destination and the value of the purchased products. Please note that taxes and duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs Regulations:

Customers are responsible for understanding and adhering to the customs regulations and restrictions specific to their location. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance.

Payment of Taxes and Duties:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the payment of any taxes or duties levied on their purchase. If any taxes or duties are assessed by the customs authorities upon importation, it is the customer's responsibility to settle these charges directly with the relevant authorities.

Non-Payment or Refusal of Taxes and Duties:

If a customer refuses to pay the taxes or duties associated with their purchase and the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs fees, or other charges incurred will be deducted from the refund, if applicable. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer for these fees and expenses.

Accuracy of Information:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and customs information during the order process. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided may result in delays, additional charges, or the inability to deliver the package.


Failure to comply with the customs regulations, refusal to pay applicable taxes or duties, or any other non-compliance with customs requirements will be your responsibility. We advise you to familiarise yourself with your country's customs policies to avoid any issues.
